HARBOUR BOARD MATTERS.
Per Press Association. Wellington, August 12. The executive of tho Harbour Boards' Association met at Wellington, the Hon. T. K. Macdonald, chairman of the Wellington Board, {presiding. After considering tho proposed Har-! bour Board Superannuation Fund Bill, the executive waited on the Minister for Marine (Hon, J. A. Millar! to inquire what legislation affecting harbour boards was likely to be introduced during the coming session of Parliament. The Minister stated that he had under consideration a Bill dealing with the constitution of harbour boards. A proposed measure, consolidating the various Harbour Boards Acts, had been drafted, but had not yet been fully considered. He promised to haye copies of all Bills in any way affecting harbour boards sent to each board, so that they may fully consider them before they were dealt with by Parliai mont.
