Sir Joseph Ward will submit tho names of bis Ministry, and the proposed allocation of portfolios, to His Excellency the Governor to-morrow, and tho Ministers will be sworn in during the afternoon, Late to-night Sir Joseph said he was unable to make any official statement for publication in the Press, there still being some matters in suspense.
