Messrs Millar and McNab have arriyed from tho South and are conferring with Sir .Joseph. SIR JOSEPH WARD'S MINISTRY. BE ANNOUNCED TO-MORROW. | (Per Press Association.) Wellington, August 6. Sir Joseph Ward will submit tho names of bis Ministry, and the proposed allocation of portfolios, to His Excellency the Governor to-morrow, and tho Ministers will be sworn in during the afternoon, Late to-night Sir Joseph said he was unable to make any official statement for publication in the Press, there still being some matters in suspense.
