PECULIAR PROPOSED CAVEAT.
| PEE PBK9B ASSOCIATION Ashbueton, July 31, Mr McLachlun, M.H.8., is moving iu the matter of getting the Government to enter a caveat against the Maronan estato (which changed hands twice within the month, and is now owned by Max Priodlandor, who intends subdividing and letting it) from being further dealt with by a private owner, as aggregation is likely to be the result of such sale. The estate contains oyer 6,000 acres.
