As these leases carry a perpetual right of renewal, with full protection for all improvements effected on same by the lessee, they should meet with a fair demand. Tenders close at Wellington on the 22nd August next, and intending applicants can obtain full information as to conditions of lease, and see plans of land on application at' the ollice of the West Coast Settlement Ueseryes Agent, Government Building.', New Plymouth.
