MB CHICK'S SUSPENSION. ISStTE OP W HITS FOE DAMAGES. Beceiyed 26, 3.12 p.m. Stdsey, July 26. In connection with his suspension bj the State Parliament, Mr Crick hai issued writs against the Hon. \Y. HeCourt, Speaker, and Harnett, Sergeant - at-Arms, of the Assembly, claiming two thousand pounds damages in each case. STATEMENT BY WILLIS. REASONS FOR OPPOSING EXTRADITION. PROMISES HIS TRADUCERS A LIVELY TIME. "WILL DASH THEIR BRAINS OUT.'-' (Received 27th, 12.25 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July ;6. Willis, who was extradited from Durban and has arrived in Australia, declined to be interviewed, but supplied a statement to the Press, chiefly recounting the details of hifight against extradition.
