Cleaver (Okaiawa), who was suspended, was considered satisfactory, and the suspension removed. D. O'Salliyan (Opunake) reported by the referee (Mr J. O'Dea) for •swearing, wrote that the words were used under provocation. The referee endorsed the explanation, and O'Sulliran was reprimanded. Mr Humphries gave notice of motion next meeting that the resolution passed at last meeting m connection with the Harkness case be rescinded.
