ALLEGED BIGAMY.
MB FBKSS ASS9CUTIOS. AtTCKIAHD, July 20, A, case of alleged bigamy oame under the notice of Mr X. W. Dyer, S.M., in the Police Court to-day, accused being a middle aged man named Claodc Clarence Nenlle. On behalf of aooused, Mr Martin urged that the matter should be taken to Nelson where the alleged offence was committed. The only thing to be prored at Waihi was the first marriage, which Neville would admit, so that all other witnesses being at Nelson it' would be fairer to accused to hare the case tried at Nelson. The Magistrate concurred with this expression of opinion.
