UNREST IN EGYPT.
PROPOSALS TO INCREASE BRITISH; FORCES. Received 17, 9.30 p.m. London, July 17. The " Daily Express" says that owing to the prevalence of a fanatical spirit, Lord Cromer has prepared elaborato plans for increasing the British force in Egypt.
