BUTTER BLENDING.
REPORT OF BUTT PR COMMITTEE. Recorved 15, 4 30 p.m. London, July 14. The Butter Committee's report has been issued. The summary cabled on the eleyenth inst was correct. The Committee is of opinion that butter blending is a li»itimate industry, but the blend must not contain more than sixteen par cent, of moisture.
