BRITISH FLEET S VISIT POSTPONED. INCIDENTS MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED. Received 15, 4.13 p.m. Losdos, July 14. On Russia's initiative the British fleet's visit has been postponed from Monday till a favorable time, probably in 1907. Though welcomed with lively utisfaction as a proof of Britain'! sympathy, the Russian Government foresaw that the fleets' arrival might cause incidents calculated to harm the relations between the two countries. King Edward and the Czjr exchanged yery cordial telegrams.
