A dopa'ation from the Medical Association waited on the Minister for Justice to-day and urgol that something should be done to prevent the circulation of indecent pamphlets of n quasi-medical character, and the publi. cation of questionable advertisements by quacks in the newspapers.

The Minister admitted the import' ■ance of tho matter, but saw difficulties n the way of properly doaling with the evil. Ho promised to give the subject consideration.
