A DARING BURGLAR.
PKB PRESS ASSOMTIPIf. Auckiasd, July 11. ; The Glenalyon boarding-house was visited by a burglar in the early hours >f this morning. Only one room wat* entered, but in that the thief secured a good haul. The boarder oecupyin? the room was a recent arrival from the south. His luggage was Wer* hauled, and £3OO in a oiroular noto, and £6O in gold were seourod. The thief seemed to have been a eool customer, as he drank half a bottle of whisky in the bathroom, where the lialt empty bottle was found.
