PEE PBESS ASSOCITION. Wellington. July 5. The Colonial conference of water--1 tide workers to-day passed resolutions expressing a wish to see the system of transference of membership establi--1 shed between transport workers' unions, that the executive centro of the Federation be in Wellington; that representation on the Council be one delegate for every hundred of membership. A motion with reference to the exclusion of undesirable applicants for membership in unions was referred to the executive.
