WANGANUI POULTRY SHOW.
PER TRESS ASSOCIATION. Wanoanui, July -1. The Poultry Show opened with flue weather and a splendid entry, the competition being keen. There are exhibits from Auckland, Welling ton, Taihape and many other towns, also from the West Coast. The Nen Plymouth exhibitors wore successful in a number of classes, Mr F. Goodacre was awarded three specials, twenty nine firsts, nine seconds and threi thirds; Capt. Hood (Novr Plymouth' a lirst, sccoud and a third, Mr S Teed first in Kosecomb Orpington | and a third, and Mr Burgess two firs' i and a seeond for Mni'inns.
