The amount of loan is granted without any deduction (except entrance fees); and provision is made for repaying loans at any time without waitnig for the maturity of the series. The Society pays the cost of preparing and registering all mortages (unless for a lesser sum than £100). During the ten years ending the 30th September, 1900, the sum of £9570 9s 6d has been distributed in dividends and bonuses among the members of the Society, Borrowers and Investors participating alike in the distribution; it will thus lie seen that the Society is purely co-operative.
