Five officers, two sergeants and thirteen civilians have been courtmartialled at Warsaw for forming a secret association to incite the troops to meeting. Many Warsaw police ate fleeing to Austria, owing to constant assassinations by terrorists. The troops are widely refusing police duties. Severe fighting oocurred at Tsareff between peasants and Cossacks. The latter wore worsted, many being injured.
