RUSSIA IN THE BALTIC.

ALLEGED BREACH OF THE AT Y. Stockholm, June 37. Sweden is much disturbed at Russia landing a considerable military force at Preston, one of the islands of the Baltic archipelago, on the pretext of preventing the landing of arms in Finland.
