The general manager of the National Bank of New Zoaland, Ltd. has received i cable messago from his London B)ard advising the declaration of a dividend of 5 per cent, for the half. rear, and a bonus to shareholders of 2 per cent, on the paid-up capital, equalling 12 per cent, in all for the year. To March 81 last the sum of L 20.000 ! ias been added to reserve fund, maleing it L 250.000, and L 9167 is oarried forward. The directors have allocated TjIO.OOO in reduction of the Bank pre■iiiies, L 3500 to the officers' pension fund, and have granted a bonus to the itaff. The annual meeting is to be held in London on July 3rd.
