Thomson, of the steamer Kahu, at Castlepoint, telegraphed to Inspector Ellison this afternoon as follows:—I have to report that during the dinner hour, between Matakuna aad Castlepoint, about 12.30 o'clock, a soaman named Audrew Tai is believed to have jumped overboard from the s.s. Kahu.
