GERMANY'S SEA POWER.
Received 20, 9.11 p.m Berlin, June 20. At a banquet at Cuxliaven, the Kaiser expressed pleasure at the gigantic development of Germany's fleet, but honorable peace was the first consideration. He was delighted that Count Von Bulow had reminded his health, since he had done more than any man in working for peace.
