ROUMANIA AND GREECE.
Athens, June 17. A rupture of diplomatic relation! between Greece and Boumania hat occurred owing to the expulsion of Greeks, the olosing of schools, and other arbitrary aoti on the part of Roumania. Received 38," 9.40 p.m. Athens, June 18. Roumania explains that her action is the result of the Greek Government permitting bands organised at Athens and commanded by Greek officers to cross the Turkish frontier and plunder, murder and terrorise Roumanian residents in Turkey, because the Porte recently guaranteed equality of righti for Roumanians living in its territory.
