Several mombera accused the Government or its agents of instigating the Biclostok massacre, lU object being to show hatred, and to resist toleration, it was unanimously resolvod to send three members of the Commission already inquiring into administration illegalities, to investigate the cauaos of the outbreak.
In a further encounter between the rioters and troops at Bielostok, many were killed and iujured. The ringleaders have been arrested.

Thousands of peasants have arrived, the mob robbing tlic deserted flats and burning Jewish houses. Jews were meroilessly beaten, women alone boing spared. Two hundred and fifty were wounded and are suffering terribly from lack of physicians and medicaments.
