THE TRIPLE ALLIANCE. Received 14. 10.15 p.m. Vienna, -Tunc 11 Count Goluchowski, addressing the budget committee of the Austriuu delegation, said Austro-Hungary was able to reckon oil Italy's support in the Balkan policy. They were agreed that the status quo with regard to [Albania must be upheld. The Triple Alliance had formed a guarantee of peace, and had helped Austro-Hun-gary oyer many a difficulty. He hoped it would continue to do so in the future.
