Prime tuscan 3s 6d to 3s 7d, velvet and best red 3s 4d to 3s sd, medium (nominally) 3s aid to 3s 4d, fowl wheat 3s Id to 3s 2d, medium 2s '.ld to 3s ; sacks extra.
Oats: Very few coming to hand. The bulk of southern are off colour and a trifle soft. Prime bright feed and milling 2s 4d to 2s old, medium 2s 2d to 2s 3d, inferior Is lOd to 2s 2d, small lines fit for seed 2s Gd to 2s 9d; sacks extra.
Barley: Only prime malting has any attention, at 4s to 4s 3d, medium 3s 6d to 3s 9d, milling 3s 2d to 3s 4d feed 2s 6d to 3s; sacks extra.

Horses: Heavy draughts sold at from £29 10s to £37; medium do., £l9 15s to £29 ; light harness horses, £8 10s to £2l; hacks, £5 5s to £lB ; dogcart, £l6; sulky, £8 10s; the pony Merry Delaval, 85 guineas; E Jam, 25 guineas; Hermes, 19 guineas; Sudden, 20 guineas.
At Papakura on Wednesday, dairy cows and heifers, of winch 228 passed through the scllini? shed, sold as follows:—Springers L 4 5s to L 7 10s, backward do. L2 5s to L 5 10s, empty cows LI 12s 6d to L 3 las. The advertised grown steers brought from LI lis to L 5 17s 6d, two to three-year-old do. L2 10s to L5 1 calves, 15s to D 9s.
Cattle: At the Newmarket yards on Tuesday steors sold at from L(i 10s to Lll 17s Gd; cows, L 4 10s to L 7 19s. | Dairy cows sold at from L 4 10s to L 7 17s (id ; empty cows, LI 15s to L 3 10s; calves, 17s to LI lis. Oxen sold at 22s per 1001b, cow 17s to 19s. The Taranaki cattle were a good lot, and sold at from L 8 7s (id to Lll 2s Oil. Sheep: Wethers from 19s (id to LI Gd, ewes 16s 3d to Ll 3s 3d. Lambs, in full supply, sold well at from 12s Gd to 19s 9d. The advertised store ewes sold at from 15s 9d to 18s; wethers, 18s 9d to Ll,
Pigs: Porkers sold at from Ll Is to L2; weaners. 10s Gd to Kis.
