The Citizens' Committee which was promoting Vr Seddon's birthday have postpo-ed till afler the arrival of the Cjswestry Grange, before considering the question of a memorial. Nothing has been decidel- as to wdiere Mr Sed lon will bo buried. This iftjbe left until the arrival of the Qsvyeitry Gjangq.
f le Wellington branch of the Anskalian Institute of Marine Engineers met to-day and passed resolutions of sympathy with Mr Seddon's family and the Cabinet. Fifty pounds was y.itod ns a first donation toward" a nitional momorial to their late fellow associate.
