TURKO-RUSSIAN QUARREL. Received 3, 4.35 p.m. London, Jun 2. Advices from Tints state that Turks were caught cutting wood at Deguir in Russian territory. Turkish soldiers intervened and exchanged shots with the Russian frontier guards. One of the latter was 1 'lied.
