ROHZDESTVENSKY TO BE CJJRT.MARTIALLED. PROPOSED ABOLITION OF CAPITAL PUNISHMENT. Received 3, 4.55 p.m. St. Petebsbubg, June 2. Admiral Rozhdestvensky and eleven officers are to be court-martialled for surrendering the Bildovy in the last battle between Japan and Russia. The Douma decided to proceed with a Bill to abolish capital punishment.
