New Vobk, May 28. Darcy, an American guard on the Mexican Central Railway, killed a Mexican at Jiminez in a quarrel about a girl. In order to avoid 1} aching Darcy uncoupled a locomotive of the Northern express and compelled the driver to race to the frontier—a distance of 370 miles. He then abandoned the engine and disappr ireil.
