All Mails usually despatched on that day will be closed at 7 a.m. The Post Office and M.0.5.8. offices observe a close holiday. The Telegraph Office will be opened from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. till midnight. Telephone Exchange will be open as usual.
