rßll PKJ3SS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, May 27. A fatal aecidont occurred about 10.15 last night on tho olectric tramway. Daniel Duggan, a single man, boarded tho Oriental Bay car at Courtenay Place. Tho car hod not proceeded far when Duggan jumped from tho ear against ono of the tramway posts, smashing his skull. Duggan died in ten minutes.
