Vickers and Slovens report that I there was a good entry of cattle in their Inglewood y.irds: bidding was dull, excepting for 18-month steers and >pr»igers. Close-up competition for tliese classes was_ keen. Weaners made from 5s to lis, 18-month steers Ll 16s 6d to L2 Is, old store cows 15s to Ll 10s, good do. Ll 15s to L2 7s, spring calves L2 5s to L 3, springers L 3 10s to LG 10s, f;it cows L 3 12s 6d to L'li 7s.

At Mr Holgeiison's sale on the Rugby road on Tuesday there was a good attendince, and good prices were realised, the cows making from L2 5s to L 5 17s lid, calves 10s GJ, yearlings 18s, and sundries at fair prices. They also report the sale of the lcese of the Inglewood hotel from Mrs E. Kennedy to Mr H. Shotlander.
