A FRIENDLY TENDENCY. Deceived 26,11.45 p.m. London, May 25, Sir Edward Grey announced that no agreement between Stasia and Britain existed, but the recent tendenoy of the two countries was to deal in a friendly way with questions both were interested in and able to co-operate upon.
