Beceived 26,1.21 a.m, Sydney, May 25. At the meeting of the Bank of New South Wales, the report adopted showed that the net profits for the half-year were one hundred and twentynine thousand three hundred and eighty-five pounds, to which had to he added eighteen thousand two hundred, the balance from last half-year. A dividend at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum was declared, and £25,000 added to reserve and £22,618 carried forward. The chairman mentioned the erection of the handsome new building in Wellington. The present condition of Australasia as a whole were satis* factory, as fat as producing interests were concerned.
