On account of the Sides' Ball tonight, the St. Joseph's Euchre Party committee have postponed their usual fortnightly social till Friday night. Particulars appear in our advertising columns.

Schools in the Taranaki Education Board district will close on Friday, June 22nd, for the midwinter holidays, and re-open on the morning of tho 9th July.
