SHIPPING INTERFERED WITH PUB PBBBB ASSOCIATION. Gisboene, Mar 23.' A. tremendous sea was raging along the coa9t to-day, increasing this afternoon. The Talune from the South resumed her voyago to Auckland at 130 p.m., the passengers not being tendered. Tho Westralia arrived from North at 4.45 p.m. and remains until Monday. Among the passengers carried on is Mr Ngata, M.H.8., who intended returning the same evening to Napier to attend the Te Ante Trust Commission. Tho Andrew Black concert party were to have proceeded to Auckland by the Talune.
