CROWN COLONIES' REPRESENTATION. Received 23,1.40 p.m. London, May 22. Iu the Commons, Sir H, CampbellBannerman, replying to Sir C. Dilkc, said the Crown Colonies would not be specially represented at the Colonial Conference, but India would be represented.
