GERMANY'S LOAD OF TAXATION.
Received 21, 10.45 p.m. Beblin, May 21. The Reichstag imposed new taxes yielding nine millions, instead of eleven and a half millions, as the Government desired. Thp bur leas chiefly fall on the lower, middle and working classes. The.taxcs are already exciting strong protest.
