The St. Petersburg corresponlent of the London "Tribune'' reports tlx it the officers of. four regiments, including two Imperial Guards' regiments, arp plotting to arrest the members of the Douma, and proclaim General Trepolf dictator, and coerce the Czir into abolishing the Douma. Owing to Palace intrigues, Professor Muroratzeff failed to obtain on audience, though the Court Chamberlain offered to convey the Douma's Address j to the Czar.
The Bureaucrats are resorting to every stratagem to prevent the proclamation of an amnesty.
