In the Divorce Court to-day decree nisi were granted as under: Blanche Orton v. Wiiloughby Orton, desertion Grace Ayros v. Arthur John Ayres desertion j Wm. Edwards v. Catherine Edwards, Henry Goodwin v. Emma Goodwin, Amelia Eebocca Smith v. •John W. Smith, William H. Murray v. Ruth Murray, Elizabeth Dawes v. Richard Dawes, John O'Donoghue v. Martha O'Donoghue. In the easo Joseph Barnett v. Luoy Emma Barnott, judgment was roservod. This aftornoon Mr Justice Dennislon took furthor evldenco in the case of Hugh Campboll junr. of Opaki (Masterton) v. Majy McAdam Campbell and another, the hearing of which was be,'uu last week before Mr Justice Cioper. His Honor granted a decroc nisi with costs £ls and disbursements against co-respondent (W. W. Kmslic of Oakura, New Plymouth).
