FAST DRIVING.

TO THB KDITOB. Sib, —I see by your paper that a business man in this town has been mmlcted in a fine and costs for (it is alleged) driving round a corner in lus motor car at more than a walking pace. Can you tell ino, Sir, whether the by-law applies to motor-cars only, or does it includo all classes of vehicles ? If it applies to all classes of vehicles, I fail to see why the driver of the motor-car should be fined, when the by-law is being brokon repeatedly every day in our principal street, the culprits bein* allowed to go scot free. —I am, etc.,

Citizen.
