PEE PBBSS ASSOCIATION. Wanuanui, May 15. Mr J. T. Hogan, M.H.R., telegraphs to the "Herald" re the terrible state of the backblock roads and the sufferings of settlers in consequence. He says: " The roads are seas of mud, and the settlers are having an awful time. Ohakune mails |have to be taken in by packhorse for the first time in ten years."'
