RUSSIAN REFUGEES.
EXPULSION PROM RUSSIA. Received 15,9.27 p.m. Beblin, May 14. There have been strong complaints in the Prussian Diet regarding the intolerant police cxpulsioa of Russian refugees. The Government admitted ordering the expulsion of all not possessing passports, or political suspects, but promised to see that the ordors were not executed.
