GERMANY IN THE PACIFIC.
A NEW COALING STATION. London, May 14. " The Times " Paris correspondent confirms the report of the establishment of a coaling station at Paulo Lant. near Dutch Borneo, by a German firm A vast establishment is pending, and ere long it will be at the disposal of the German fleet as a rerictualling station and a point of observation. The flagship Euerst Bismark, for some time at Java, is now near Paulo Lant.
NOTHING KNOVN IN BERLIN. Beceived 15, 11.5 p.m. j Bekli>-, May 15. ; A semi-official statement made at Berlin regarding the coaling station at Lant, states that nothing is known in well informed quarters at Berlin.
