The winner was prominent from the jump, and once heads wore turned for home, took a clear lead and won by thrco and a half lengths. Time, 3.60. Div., £lO 3s.

The weathor was flue in the morning, but one or two light showers fell in the afternoon. There was a record atteadance, and good fields, and the raoing was very good. The sum of #lO.lll was invested on the tote, un increase of £3550 on last year's total. Results ■—
