LpsDOH, May 6. ''The London "Telegraph's" Constantinople correspondent reports that the Sultan's object in regard to Tabah is to secure a direct route to Byria and Hedjaz Veman, enabling the troops to move thronghout the Empire without leaving Turkish territory.
