ST. JOHN'S AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION.
NEW PLYMOUTH CENTRE. An executive meeting was held in the Town Hall on Tuesday night. Present: Mcsdamcs Doekrill, H. Gray, Martin, Dowling, Miss Hempton, Messrs. Jverr, Berridge, Carrington, and U. H. McUahey (secretary). Mrs H. Gray reported that she and Mrs Martin had visited the New Plymouth doctors, and several were prepared to lecture. Mrs Gray proposed, Mrs Martin That ambulance classes be started this winter, if a sufficient number present themselves ; and that this be advertised,—Carried,
