HARVESTING AT A DEAD STOP. FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Invebcabgul, April 30. The weathor continues most ine'ement, with fierjc bursts of wind, which lias done minor damage to build, ings, fences, trees, etc. There is still crop to cut, an 1 harvesting is at a dead stop. The oat crop must inevitably be short, much of it being only fit for chaffing. The price of oats advanced from Is 8d to Is 9id ou Saturday.
