London Market advices. Dalgety ancl Co., Ltd., Wellington, have received the following cables from their London house, under date of the 26th inst.:— Butter : If we do not have rain, an advance i» prices is probable. The Copenhagen official quotation is lower by two kroners (nbout 2s 3d) per cwt. It is impossible to forecast the future state of the market. The total imports of butter into the United Kingdom fsr. the week ending the 21st inst. amounted to 72,000 cwt., as compared with 95,000 cwt. for the corresponding period ot last year. There is more demand for unsalted than salted. Colonial butter is steady, while Danish is weak and irregular. We expect a decline in prices fop unsalted when European supplies increase. Frozen meat: For Now Zealand t'rozon mutton prices are lower by id to ,|d. Frozen beef, sides, lower by par to id. Frozen iamb, also low er by par to Jd, The frozen meat market in general is very dull, but there is fair inquiry for New Zealand lamb. Tallow '• Prices for tallow in general are unchanged since our telegram of the 11th inst., and there is less disposition to do business.
