COLONIAL. SUGAR COMPANY. Received 1, 12.55 p.m. Sydnbv, April 30. The half-pearly report of the Colonial Sugar Company shows that the profit, after providing interest and all other claims, is £112,933, which with the balance of last half-year, leaves £199,336 for appropriation, of which £IIO,OOO will be absorbed in payment of a dividend of 10' per cent, per annum, and the balance carried forward. The report and balance sheet were adopted.
