SURVIVORS' NARRATIVE. Beoeived 80,11.46 p.m. London, April 80. The survivors of the Belgian training ship Comte Desmet Denayer, which sank in the Bay of Biscay with 88 souls, report that the vessel sprang a w . leak. The pumps proved useless to eheck the inflow and the vessel sank suddenly. Two boats were swamped, but one escaped, saying twenty-sis, including twelve of the thirty oadetc aboard.
